Offering a high standard of support to our clients is our main concern.  Every support request made to our office is given a tracking number and these requests are reviewed daily to ensure a swift turnaround.

Support is available via visits to site, telephone, fax, e-mail, online or modem (pcAnywhere) during normal business hours which is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Trinidad time from Mondays to Fridays.   Support is not available on public holidays or when we advise that our office is closed.
