Wagos Limited was formed in 1984 by Wayne Agostini to provide business solutions to small and medium sized Companies and Organisations. In March 1994 the Company became dealers for Synchronics software and became a diamond dealer in 1995 for sales achieved in that year. In 1997 Wagos Limited was ranked 30^th by Synchronics for sales achieved in the period January to December 1997 and since then the Company has been in the top 30 dealers worldwide. Wagos Limited offers the following services: · Sale of Computer software · Computer software support · Turnkey Solutions · Network Installation and support · Sale of Point of Sale hardware · Computer consultancy · Management consultancy · General accounting and tax services Wagos Limited specializes in Point of Sale software and have been able to establish its name in the Point of Sale industry in Trinidad, Grenada, Guyana, St. Lucia and St. Vincent. Mr. Wayne Agostini who has considerable accounting and management expertise manages the Company. Wayne began his career at PriceWaterhouse in 1971 and thereafter, worked for several accounting firms. He then went on to be Financial Controller at several manufacturing Companies including Mecalfab Limited and TYE Manufacturing Co. Ltd. SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE The Company has four 50-user CounterPoint systems in Trinidad and a 50 user CounterPoint system in Guyana. Of these local installations, one site is implemented on a WAN, linking their Trincity Head Office to their 16 branches throughout Trinidad and Tobago. We also have a 50-user Linux WAN installation in Trinidad and other Windows WAN installations in Trinidad and Grenada. In August 1995, we handled our first turnkey project. We were hired by the Neal and Massy Group to supply software, provide data entry staff, train staff and write procedure manuals. We were then retained for one year to provide accounting services, software and management support. In May 1996, we completed our first multi-site CounterPoint installation, which enabled the customer to transfer data to and from remote locations by telephone lines. We presently have eight multi-site systems installed in Trinidad, one in Grenada, and one in St. Lucia.
